How to show the All Mail folder in Outlook 2013 using IMAP
When I add my Gmail account to Outlook 2013, I don't see the All Mail folder. Below is how to show the All Mail folder. Manually create an All Mail folder under GMail. Right-click and select "Process Marked Headers" on the context menu, and the folder will populate.
